This means that if they have to cancel your holiday for any reason, your money is protected.

In the event that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office have a travel restriction to your chosen destination in place, this operator will be happy to act in accordance with your wishes and either find you an alternative holiday or offer a full refund.

Amendment Fees

This operator won't charge any amendment fees up until the balance due date if you want to reschedule your trip, provided this is possible with your airline and lodging reservation.

They will be as flexible as they can to assist in any changes.

Holiday Policy

Within this enhanced booking policy, the operator in turn reserve the right to cancel bookings and refund them in full or not accept bookings if they foresee a major risk in you not being able to travel to your destination.

Theyr policy is to only issue airline tickets or pay the balance for lodging bookings to our properties if your destination country is on the UK Travel Corridor list at the ticket & payment deadline time.
