Back again for the 2026/2027 season, this operator is offering guests the option to go off-piste and ‘swap out’ certain elements of the catering to something you might prefer.
If you’re happy with the original catering model as it is, there’s nothing you need to do: just sit back, relax and await your holiday!
Cooked Breakfast ➡️ Continental Breakfast
Prefer a lighter continental breakfast? Switch out the cooked breakfast option (available on 5 mornings of your stay) for freshly cooked pastries and a selection of ham and cheese. This is in addition to the usual daily continental breakfast offering of cereals, yoghurts, fresh baguette and preserves.
Afternoon Tea ➡️ Prosecco or Beer
Thinking you’d rather head straight to aprés after a day on the slopes instead of indulging in cake at the chalet? Switch out your daily afternoon tea, and receive either a case of Prosecco or 3 crates of beer to enjoy at your leisure throughout your stay!
Starter ➡️ Aperitif & Canapé
Enjoy a lighter start to your dinner, and swap the usual sit-down starter for a glass of fizz and canapé before gathering at the table for your main course and dessert.
Dessert ➡️ Cheese Course
Not got a sweet tooth? Go off-piste and switch out your dessert course for a selection of cheeses to enjoy after your dinner! €15 per person supplement applies.
House Wine ➡️ Prosecco or Beer
If you’re not wine drinkers, or prefer to enjoy a different drink with your dinner, we can provide either a case of Prosecco or some beers, instead of having house wine provided with dinner.
Fish Dinner ➡️ Spaghetti Bolognaise or Carbonara
Fish seems to be one of those things that you love or hate. We usually include one fish dinner on our set menu, but if it’s not to the taste of your group, we can offer you the option to remove it from the menu, and replace it with your choice between a delicious spaghetti bolognese or a carbonara.
Terms & Conditions
• ‘Go off-piste’ is available to sole occupancy, full week chalet bookings. If you have booked a shared occupancy chalet, the catering provided will follow this operator’s standard catering model.
• When you make a switch, it will be applicable to all members of the group (excluding children’s dinner option for under 12’s). We regret that it is not possible to make the switch for just a select number within your group.
• Requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. For accommodation bookings made within this window or late requests, we will accommodate where possible but reserve the right to decline.
• A switch to Prosecco consists of one case of 6 bottles (per week). Guests staying in Chalet Catherine will receive 2 cases of Prosecco in lieu of their afternoon tea or house wine.
• A switch to beer consists of 3 crates (per week) of Kronenbourg Original (26 bottles x 25cl). Guests staying in Chalet Catherine will receive 6 crates of beer in lieu of their afternoon tea or house wine.
• The dessert to cheese course switch will incur a surcharge of €15 per person (for the week), payable in advance to secure your switch.
