The ski resort of Kuhtai is a well kept secret in Austria, this high altitude resort can offer some excellent snow all season. The area has a gondola and 3 chair lifts and plenty of draglifts. Kuhtai is suited for all levels even with its small size there are 23 miles of red runs and some blues and blacks. The nursery slopes here are good but it can be quite hard to progress to the blue runs. This ski resort attracts lots of families for its quaint size and quiet evenings. The terrain in this area is excellent so you will find you can ski back to your accommodation on most occasions without any trouble. You can travel to Innsbruck on the free bus service and this journey will take about an hour.
