Usual weeks with this operator operate Sunday to Sunday. We encourage travel on a Sunday morning to avoid the crowds at the airport and the cars on the road.

There are 4 transfers departing Geneva on Sundays throughout the season, and 4 return transfers to choose from.

Please note that we require confirmation of seat reservation and outbound flight details at time of accommodation balance payment to secure a place on the complimentary transfer.

Complimentary Transfer Booking Conditions

Just a few friendly guidelines to keep in mind if you’re hopping on one of our complimentary coach transfers:

  • Seats are only provided on a complimentary basis if they are reserved together with outbound flight details (essential) before the balance of the holiday becomes due.
  • If you are on a flight scheduled to land at Geneva that connects with one of our transfers listed above then we will hold the transfer to resort for 30 minutes in the event that your flight or bag delivery is delayed.
  • If all passengers booked on the transfer are present before the departure time then the transfer may leave early.
  • Transfers will not be delayed under any circumstances for anyone booked on a flight scheduled to arrive after the allotted time.
  • If you miss the departure because you arrive at our desk after the extended time allowance (11:45 for BUS 1, 13:45 for BUS 2, 15:30 for BUS 3 and 17:45 for BUS 4) then we will do our best to arrange an alternative transfer or private taxi but unfortunately this will be at your own cost. We have a desk at Geneva on each of our arrival days throughout the season to help organise an alternative method of transport to resort.
  • Transfers to and from Val d’Isère, La Plagne and Les Arcs may involve a vehicle change in Aime or Bourg St. Maurice. The vehicles are parked side by side, bags are transferred for you, and this normally causes a minimum of delay and inconvenience to guests.
  • If no guests are pre-booked then a transfer will not operate.
  • It is often neglected in the excitement of booking a ski holiday that the mountains (and airport!) can be a hostile environment in the winter and that road closures and traffic delays sometimes do happen, it is always worth double checking that your travel insurance will cover you in the unlikely event that you miss your return flight through circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
