    A roll of a snowball from the town centre, our first-ever summer and winter self-catered apartment!

    Comfort and convenience for your Winter and Summer vacation in Morzine in a great location. Overlooking the Nyon and Pleney slopes and situated on a quite road in a beautiful historic quartier less than 500m from the town center. Lots of sunshine in Summer and Winter with a long south-facing private balcony.

    Apartment Petite Ibex has 3 bedrooms, 3 double rooms each with large wardrobes and each can be configured either as double or singles. There are also 2 bathrooms with baths and a large open plan living area with dining for 8 that spills out on to the balcony. When you open the front door the view hits you like a gust of Alpine air. The apartment is nice and warm in the winter and there is a great wood burner too.

    Petite by name however not by nature. The apartment is 87m2 there is a well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, large hallway and cupboards with hanging space and a large private ski storage area for boots, skis and boards. The storage allows you to really unpack and make the most of the space.

    The chalet also has private parking for 2 cars.

    Location:

    • 253m snow ball throw from the town centre.
    • Less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop for the free regular navette bus service D Mas Metoud, to take you to the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts.
    • Less than 5 minute walk to the Marie and access to the shops and bars at the bottom of Rue du Bourg.
    • Just over 5 minute walk to the Carrefour supermarket and a convenient navette stop to bring your shopping back afterwards.

    Prices for this holiday are based on a Euro price and displayed in Pounds. Rates are updated regularly but prices are subject to fluctuation. If you'd prefer, you are also able to pay the cost of your holiday in Euros, please let us know if you would like to do this at the time of booking.

    Important Covid-19 refund promise

    This operator understands that the coronavirus pandemic has raised many questions about what happens if your holiday is disrupted by Covid-19. They would therefore like to give you the following reassurance. If up to 10 days prior to your arrival on holiday;

    • You are unable to travel on your holiday due to national government restrictions from your country of residence prohibiting travel to France (e.g national lockdown); or
    • France closes its borders to arrivals from your country of residence; or
    • Upon arrival in France you are required to quarantine; or
    • The ski resort to which your holiday is booked within is closed

    You may choose to cancel your booking and we will, at your choice, either issue you with a credit note for 100% of the booking value (valid for 2 years) which can be used against the cost of a future booking with this operator OR a refund of 50% (the amount you have paid us less an administration charge of 50% per person which we will be permitted to retain). The refunded amount will increase if we are able to resell your holiday. The administration charge represents the irrecoverable costs we incur in arranging the services we contract to provide. Please note that credit notes will be issued within 30 days of the start of your cancelled holiday and at the point of acceptance are non-exchangeable for a refund.

    This policy does not apply:

    • To an FCDO, or equivalent from your country of residence, ”advisory against travel “ as this does not affect our ability to provide your contracted arrangements. You should have holiday insurance to cover this.
    • If you cancel your holiday for any other reason than ‘Covid-19 Book with Confidence’;
    • Between 0 and 10 days prior to departure normal cancellation charges apply.

    If your accommodation or the resort is closed due to Covid-19.

    This operator will offer you an alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard to that booked.

    If they are unable to offer you an alternative, or the alternative they offer you choose not to accept, they will offer you a 100% credit note for the full booking value (valid for 2 years) which can be used against the cost of a future booking with them.

    If as a result of the impact of Covid-19, they decide they are unable to provide the catered services you have contracted (for catered accommodation only)

    If they cannot offer you catering because, for example, a team member is required to self-isolate you will be refunded £30.00 per person per day and your holiday will become self-catered.

    If before you travel or whilst you are away, the obligation to self-isolate or quarantine on your return from your destination country is applied

    They are unable to offer you a refund or credit. You should have travel insurance to cover this.

    If you are refused entry due to not having the required proof of vaccination or testing

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required proof of vaccination or testing and failure to comply with any such requirements for whatever reason will be treated as a cancellation by you and normal cancellation charges will apply.

    If you go home early, curtail your holiday or quarantine measures come into place mid-way through your holiday

    If the operator is unable to offer you a refund or credit note. You should have insurance to cover this.

    They cannot accept any guest who:

    • Has tested positive for coronavirus in the 14 days prior to travel
    • Is awaiting the results of a coronavirus test
    • Has had sustained contact with anyone who has either, tested positive in the 14 days prior to travel, or is awaiting the results of a coronavirus test
    • Has a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss of, or change in, their normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia) or has been in sustained contact with anyone who is experiencing such symptoms
    • Has not received both vaccinations (if eligible) or a negative Covid-19 test result. You may be asked to show proof of this upon arrival. Failure to do so will be treated as a cancellation by you.

    For the safety of everyone please do not travel if any of the above applies to you. The operator is unable to offer any form of refund if you cannot travel for any of the above reasons however you can and should insure against them.

    Please bear in mind that coronavirus and the measures and other action being taken by governments, public authorities and businesses to manage its effects (including implementation of social distancing) is likely to have an impact on holiday arrangements for a considerable period of time. The operator may, for example, be unable to provide certain advertised services or facilities as a result. Such measures/actions may be introduced or changed with little or no prior notice. Greater flexibility is therefore likely to be required for the foreseeable future which we would ask you to bear in mind at all times, both before and after departure. Any impact which such measures/action has on your holiday arrangements will not constitute a significant alteration to your contracted arrangements and will not entitle you to cancel without payment of the applicable cancellation charges as a result.

    You must obtain comprehensive travel insurance as a condition of your booking. Your insurance policy must include cover relevant to travelling during the pandemic.
