If you’re looking for a cosy, functional apartment – which you can ski right up to and has lots going on close by – then the Residence Stalle Lunghe is the place to be.

These simple, alpine-chic apartments form part of the Borgo Stalle Lunghe – a buzzing and recently developed area with all sorts of swish shops, bars, restaurants and more to scope out. Each one has a small kitchenette, so your sorted if a self-catered getaway is up your street. But the Residence also offers bed & breakfast and half board upgrades, so the daily menu’s very much in your ‘food’ court.

It’s also a great choice for young families. You can get rooms with bunk beds, there’s nursery slopes right by the nearby Blu gondola, and for an extra charge a hotel-run kid’s club runs activities for ages 1-6 throughout the daytime, all week long. A family trip to the Prato Nevoso Village amusement park – where all ages can relish a go at snowtubing – is also well worth paying a little more for.

The advantage of booking a self-catered skiing holiday is often the price. The disadvantages mean either eating out, which in a ski resort is often expensive, or it means having to cook your own meals, which probably means less time skiing, and who really wants to shop and then cook an evening meal after a full days skiing?

Huski, the Alps-based catering business offers a great solution, that means you can still enjoy the great value of a ski apartment or self-catered chalet and eat well without the fuss of having to cook your own food.

Huski delivers a week’s worth of dishes, freshly frozen and ready for you to just heat and serve.

Please Note

Huski catering is only available to properties in French ski resorts.
