Chef Lorenzo, owner of the hotel, prepares refined and tasty dishes, masterfully using typical Aosta Valley products.
All ingredients are scrupulously hand-picked, always choosing the highest quality cold meats, cheeses and meats at the local, renowned butcher’s shop Da Lucio e Max, owned by our family.
Guests can thus enjoy cuisine that exalts the most perfect combination of tradition and innovation, in a warm and welcoming environment.
