Le Chalet Altitude is situated five minutes on foot from the centre of Val Thorens' Balcons district and 100 metres from the ski slopes, with a free shuttle bus which runs during the day.
The nearest supermarket is just under 20km from the chalet, and the ski school is just a short walk away, ideal for family ski holidays. The property is ideally located, not just for its easy access to local amenities and ski facilities, but for its breath-taking views of Val Thorens. This snowy haven is one of Europe's best-loved resorts for winter sports and can be found in the mountainous Tarentaise Valley in the western Savoie region of the French Alps.
The residence Le Chalet Altitude consists of 20 traditionally decorated apartments, built in a classic Savoyard style. The warm, wooden interiors of these apartments are warm and welcoming, especially after a long day of skiing and exploring.
The cosy chalet offers ski-in/ski-out facilities, ideal for those wanting to enjoy as much time on the pistes as possible before relaxing by the fireplace in the living room in the evening. As well as this, you will find first-class luxuries available in both the communal areas and in the private apartments of the residence, including a heated indoor swimming pool, a wellness centre and a pub. The chalet also features free Wi-Fi at the reception and a covered car park.
The apartments of Le Chalet Altitude are self-catered. Guests are invited to make full use of the modern kitchenette facilities, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge, with close proximity to the local supermarket for keeping the cupboards stocked with groceries. Freshly baked bread can be delivered to your apartment every morning for breakfast, simply order and pay at reception. Those wanting to eat out will find an exceptional selection of restaurants serving hearty French, British and other international fares in the resort.

Check-in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.
Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eu (Visa, Mastercard, French Cheque) for your property. This will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure assuming there are no charges for breakages or additional cleaning.
End of Stay Cleaning is included in the accommodation price (excluding kitchen, dishes, balcony and bins)
