Residence Club MMV Le Serra Neva is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient ski holiday. This brand-new property is nestled in the picturesque village of La Salle-les-Alpes, part of the renowned Serre Chevalier ski area. Whether you're playing a round of table football, enjoying a hot chocolate by the fire in the cosy bar, or making the most of the spa facilities, Serra Neva is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
Children are warmly welcomed in dedicated areas by their friendly Anim’MMV team, who make sure there's never a dull moment. With a fun-filled programme of themed activities, children get to explore the magic of the mountains in exciting and creative ways. In the evenings, the whole family can enjoy a variety of lively events, from wooden bar games and aperitifs to interactive group games, blind tests, karaoke, and more. There’s even a special children’s show, making sure little ones have just as much fun as the grown-ups.
If you're looking to recharge after a day skiing, the residence wellness area is a great place to start. Treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation in the outdoor pool, sauna and hammam, which are included in your stay, and open Sunday to Friday from 10am - 7:30pm, and on Saturday from 4:30 - 7:30pm. There are also three treatment rooms for beauty treatments and massages, which can be booked for an additional charge locally.
Residence Serra Neva is offered on a self-catered basis. A breakfast and bakery service is offered on site, and you can pay for this locally as and when you need.

Studio apartments are 16m² to 17m² and sleep up to 2 people. These apartments have either a double or twin bed and one bathroom.
One-bedroom comfort apartments are 35m² to 40m² and sleep up to 4 people. These apartments have one bedroom with either a twin or double bed and one bathroom. There is also a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room and kitchen area and a balcony.
Two-bedroom family apartments are 44m² to 53m² and sleep up to 6 people. These apartments have one bedroom with either a twin or double bed, a cabin room with bunk beds and two bathrooms. There is also a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room and kitchen area and a balcony.

The residence is a great option for children looking make new friends on your family ski holiday as there is a free non-skiing kids clubs for children 4 to 10 years all season, and a teen club for 11 to 17 year olds during the French school holidays.
Enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor activities including games, challenges, snowball fights, snow activities and much more. Clubs run Monday to Friday for half a day between 9am until 12pm or 2pm until 5pm with two evenings of entertainment until 8:30pm. During French school holidays kids clubs run six days and six evenings a week between 9am to 5:30pm and in the evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm.
During French school holidays teens can enjoy a range of games, activities and challenges with the lively animation team, as well as outdoor activities including bowling or snake gliss. There's also a games room with a play station, VR headset and board games. Teen clubs run Sunday to Friday from 5pm until 8:30pm.
