This independent 111 m² duplex of Chalet Les Amis offers 5 rooms for 8 to 10 people, with a spacious living room, bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a relaxing summer stay.
Chalet Ponturin is a stunning, independent duplex spanning 111 m², with 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 8 to 10 guests. Entry is on the first floor, where you’ll find a spacious 31 m² living room that opens onto a large balcony with panoramic mountain views of the Nancroix valley, surrounding mountains, spruce forests, and the Vanoise massif. The living area is fully furnished for your comfort, featuring two sofas—one of which is a sofa bed—a satellite TV with a 140 cm plasma screen, and a fully equipped kitchen. Descending to the ground floor with the stairs, you’ll find two bedrooms each with 160 x 200 cm beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, along with a third bedroom fitted with 90 x 200 cm bunk beds and its own private bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
