The Pension Martinshof is a great choice for those looking for simple and good value accommodation in Obergurgl. It's quiet and clean and well run by the Pixner family. Centrally located, it's just a couple minutes' walk to the rental shops, ski school and nursery area which will get you started up the mountain and connected to the lifts before you know it. The ski bus also stops directly outside for good access to the entire Obergurgl and Hochgurgl ski areas.
On a bed & breakfast basis, you'll have the choice of some nice local restaurants in the evening. There's plenty of choices around - a popular Pizzeria opposite, and a steakhouse just down the road.
Transfer time: approx. 1 hour 30 mins by coach from Innsbruck airport.
