What happened to Interactive Resorts?

Interactive Resorts was one of our arch-rivals in the ski holiday business, but nobody seems to know what happened to the company after Covid disrupted the ski season in 2020.

The Companies House website had issued First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off on the 10th August 2021, which was later removed after the business posted their accounts late.

The latest set of company accounts posted online showed the business had negative capital resources, just shy of (£400,000). Additionally, the company registered office appears to have changed three times since August 2020.

Several of Interactive Resort’s clients have posted reviews on and comments on both Trustpilot and Facebook about outstanding refunds.

The company’s website is still online but doesn’t appear to have been updated in some time, other than the telephone numbers being removed.

We are surprised that Interactive Resorts clients couldn’t secure refunds as the company operated a Trust account managed by the Travel Trust Association, which we believe should have meant refunds could be processed easily.

Ski Line Ltd, advise any clients that are still awaiting refunds from Interactive Resorts to contact Gary Lewis from Travel Trust Association (TTA) who we understand have insurance policies in place to protect TTA members clients’ funds. The Travel Trust Association can be contacted on 01483 545780.

Our Message to any of Interactives clients reading this blog, Ski Line would be happy to act as your booking agent going forward and booking with us comes with the confidence that we are bonded and members of ABTA.
