London Snow Show – October 18 & 19, 2025

4 October 2025

London Ski Show 2025

If you’re a ski or snowboarding fan, this is the weekend to mark in your calendar. The London Snow Show returns to Olympia, London (Hammersmith Road, W14 8UX) for a full weekend of all things snowsport: equipment, resorts, inspiration, live action, and après-ski vibes

What’s On & Who’s Exhibiting

There’s a lot packed in, from tour operators to gear brands, resorts, instruction, wellness, and family entertainment. Here are some standouts:

  • Resort destinations & holiday operators: Andorra, Norway, Cortina, Oetztal, Colorado Tourism Office, Davos-Klosters, Hakuba Valley, Bivio Travel (Livigno), among others.
  • Gear & retail: Ellis Brigham is returning, plus Ski Exchange, CARV (digital ski coach), Panda Optics, Icebreaker Chalets, etc.
  • Instruction & media: British Association of Snowsport Instructors, National Schools Snowsports Association, plus media partners like InTheSnow and Ski Club of Great Britain.
  • Special features: Red Bull Action Zone, family zones, wellness and luxury zones, equipment & instruction hubs, talks & panels with pros (including Olympians and known names in UK snowsports), and live music / après-ski atmosphere. Show hours are 10am-6pm on Saturday (18th), and 10am-4pm on Sunday (19th).

Who’s Not Exhibiting

At Ski Line, we only exhibited once at the London Ski Show. We are far too busy booking holidays to attend the show ourselves; in fact, the show simulates demand for us, so while we fully support the show, we can’t attend ourselves. By October, we have already booked more than 60% of the holidays we sell each winter, and our bookings start in January for the following year. The trend to book a year in advance is something we in the ski holiday business have seen since we came out of lockdown.

Angela Finch from Finches Ski Emporium, South London’s favourite ski gear shop, said “ For just a 2-day show, it’s not worth our while moving all our stock to the ski show, so we won’t be exhibiting this year.”

How to Get to Olympia & Travel Tips

Olympia is very conveniently located, especially if you use public transport. Here are the best routes + tips, depending on where you’re coming from.

Public Transport

  • Kensington (Olympia) Station is right next to the venue. It’s a combined train/tube/overground / Southern service. Zone 2.
  • West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations are within walking distance. Barons Court is ~9 minutes walk, and High Street Kensington is about ~12.
  • For those further out, you can use the London Overground to reach Kensington (Olympia), or interchange on the District / Central / Piccadilly Lines and then change as needed.

By Car / Driving

Olympia sits in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), so check whether your vehicle is subject to a charge.
On-site parking is available, but you’ll need to pre-book it. There are also off-site parking options nearby.

Walking / Cycling

If you’re close by (say from Kensington, Earls Court, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, etc.), walking or cycling can be pleasant, and in many cases, probably faster than changing multiple tube lines.
There are bus routes that stop very close to Olympia: buses 9, 23, 27, 28, 49, 391, etc. These can be useful, especially if you’re coming from or going to a place not directly served by Overground or Tube.

From Airports or Outside London

  • From Heathrow, you can take the Piccadilly Line to Barons Court, then walk/bus or catch Overground connections to Olympia.
  • From Gatwick / Stansted, typical trains to Paddington / Liverpool Street + then transfer via Tube/Overground. As always, allow plenty of time, especially for luggage or during peak hours. Olympia being in West London, helps reduce long cross-town journeys.

Tips to Make the Most of the Show

  • Arrive early to avoid crowds; Saturdays are likely to be busiest.
  • Have a plan: decide which exhibitors or talks are must-see, so you don’t miss them.
  • Wear comfy shoes; the show is spread over a large hall with at least two levels (mezzanine & main floor) for browsing.
  • If you’re shopping for gear, check whether dealers will have show-special discounts.
  • For family attendees, check out the family & kids’ zones so there’s something for everyone.
  • Check for travel disruptions on the day (tube strike, Overground schedules) and factor in some buffer time.
