Chalet Soldanella is a traditional Italian style chalet in Selva, so the bedrooms are all decorated with fresh wood panelling, comfortable furniture, and tasteful fabrics which adds to their comfortable and bright look. The Soldanella is available to book exclusively as well as room by room.
Catered Ski Chalet
The chalet staff provide a continental buffet breakfast everyday and an excellent hot breakfast six mornings per week. A four course set evening menu is served six days per week including unlimited wine and a prosecco apéritif before dinner.
Once you return from the slopes, you can enjoy afternoon tea, coffee, and cake provided by the chalet staff.
The dining room and lounge both match the traditional, yet up-to-date, feel and are really welcoming communal areas where you can sit down to dinner or catch up with your friends at the end of the day. The views from the lounge balcony are stunning, making it the ideal place to relax.

The Soldanella is in a great location, just five minutes’ walk from Selva’s lively resort centre and within easy reach of the ski-lifts and slopes. You can ski down to the Ciampinoi Gondola via the piste, or access the Dantercepies lift system from the nearby village centre.

Meals
Our catered chalets mean there is no need to worry about a shopping trip whilst on holiday, as you will be looked after by us from arrival right to departure.
Breakfast
A continental buffet breakfast is available on 7 mornings of your holiday. There’ll be a selection of cereals, bread and pastries, jams and spreads, local cheeses and charcuterie, yogurts and fresh fruits. Start the day with a fresh coffee, along with teas, infusions, hot chocolates and fruit juices.
For 6 mornings of your holiday there’s a classic full cooked breakfast available, starting from 7:30am. Your hosts will take an order from you and get it prepared ahead of your big day on the slopes. Options include free range eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, halloumi and tomatoes.
Afternoon Tea
A fresh cake will be baked and ready for your return from the slopes, 6 days of the week. Perfect to pair with the selection of teas, hot chocolate and Nespresso coffee, that’re in your chalet for you whenever you fancy. If you'd rather a refreshing cold drink or beer, these will also be available.
Evening Meal
A 4-course set menu will be cooked and served by your chalet hosts on 6 evenings of your holiday. You’ll start your evening with an Aperitif, where we have a choice of Proseccos, beer and soft drinks.
The evening set menu has been designed to incorporate a variety of different cuisines, including classic French, Asian, Italian, Austrian and British dishes. One evening the menu will be a delicious regional dish, from the area you are staying in.
After each homemade dessert there’s a selection of cheeses, fresh bread, crackers and chutney, along with coffee, tea or infusions.
There will be special celebration menus on Christmas Day & New Year's Eve.
Wine and Drinks
During your evening meal guests can indulge in our carefully selected complimentary local wines, which consists of a choice of 3 red, 3 white and 1 rosé. All of the wines have been carefully chosen so that there is a great variety and offer something to cater for all tastes and that pairs well with the menu.
For those guests that don’t drink wine, there is a selection of beer (both with and without alcohol), sparkling mineral water and soft drinks.
