For dinner, the quality of the raw ingredients used by the hotel Chef is showcased in dishes from Italian cuisine with an international twist. Unique and high-quality flavors, precious tastes to be enjoyed in our restaurant with view.
Furnished with refined wooden design, the restaurant offers an à la carte menu with traditional Valdostan dishes in a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The hotel has an elegant multifunctional area that can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people as well as other alternative and multifunctional spaces that can be used to create executive boards or product presentations.
The 615 m2 wellness center of the Cervino is the ideal place to relax after a beautiful day spent skiing or nature excursions. Guests can take advantage of 2 panoramic swimming pools, one of which with hydromassage, soft sauna and Finnish sauna, ice waterfall, Turkish bath, gym, relaxation area with herbal tea room, a salt chamber, and various cabins for treatments and massages for facial care and of the body.
Near the Adara SPA there is also a fully equipped gym for cardio and toning workouts.

For guests who wish to try their hand at days on the snow, the hotel offers ski hire and a courtesy shuttle to the ski facilities and the resort center. Winter activities include downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, outdoor skiing, snowshoeing, climbing frozen waterfalls and skating.
The hotel has a private parking and garage.
