Chalet Chardonnet is currently undergoing a complete renovation, transforming it into one of the most exciting luxury catered chalets in Tignes Le Lac. The images shown are CGI renders, offering a preview of the design, layout and finish guests can expect once the renovation is complete.
Set in a prime lakeside position in the heart of Tignes, Chalet Chardonnet will offer truly unrivalled views across the frozen lake, Val Claret and surrounding peaks — a location that is exceptionally rare even in Tignes.
The chalet will accommodate up to 19 guests, sleeping 15 guests in the main chalet across 7 ensuite bedrooms, alongside two unique, self-contained bivouak pods sleeping up to 4 people positioned just outside. Each pod will feature its own bathroom, log fire and large glass windows, offering a distinctive and memorable stay with breathtaking views.
Designed for sociable group holidays, Chalet Chardonnet will feature expansive living and dining areas, alongside a dedicated cinema and games room — ideal for relaxed evenings and mixed-age groups. Guests will also be able to unwind in the chalet’s indoor spa area, complete with a jacuzzi and sauna, providing a luxurious retreat after a day on the slopes.
The chalet will be fully catered with your own private chef and professional chalet hosts, delivering a seamless, high-end catered chalet experience throughout your stay.
With its exceptional central location in Tignes Le Lac, the chalet sits directly beside the frozen lake and within easy reach of the lifts, offering quick access to the extensive Tignes–Val d’Isère ski area. At 2100 metres, Tignes remains one of the most snow-sure resorts in the Alps.
As with all our chalets, Chalet Chardonnet will operate on a sole-occupancy basis, ensuring complete privacy for your group — no sharing, no strangers, just a private, spacious and beautifully designed catered chalet experience.

In our catered chalets, we really do pride ourselves on the quality of our food and catering. We love food. We are all very much foodies here. That is why our entire ethos for the chalets is based upon the idea of a GENEROUS and INDULGENT menu, with freshly prepared, devilishly moreish, great food (and drink of course). Everything is cooked fresh in the chalets every day, by your very own dedicated and friendly chalet team.
To us, it is quite simple. We want our customers to be excited at the thought of coming back to the chalet each day. Eagerly looking forward to a sumptuous, yummy cake by the fire, delectable wine that makes it completely acceptable to drink 7 nights in a row (you are on holiday after all) and most importantly, a mouth-watering, generous and indulgent meal that is hopefully one of those meals where you think “wow, I can’t stop putting this in my mouth”. A GREAT catered chalet is BOTH great accommodation AND great food.
