Petit Sapin has an amazing location, right in the centre of Morzine. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms & a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors opening out onto a large balcony. The apartment has natural stone colours throughout & benefits from under floor heating & underground parking. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
There is an open plan living area with patio doors leading to a large balcony making the room light & airy. The living and dining area comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen is stylish and practical with a 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.
There is underground parking for one car with a heated driveway. This garage also houses a private storage for skis & boards together with a heated boot rack.
The apartment has FREE Wifi internet connection and there is also a flatscreen TV & DVD player with UK High Definition Satellite channels.
The chalet is right in the centre of Morzine, 200 metres from the Tourist Office & therefore, within easy reach of a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants. It's only a 5 minute walk to either Pleney or Super-Morzine telecabine. The free ski bus stops within 100m of the apartment should you wish to use it.
