The Hotel Neige is popular with families looking for a great-value stay in the Three Valleys. And it’s just a couple of minutes from the slopes and lift so starting your ski day is easy-peasy.

There’s a relaxed touch here, from the simple rooms to the buffet spreads you’ll get for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. The hotel runs its own childcare too, so you can enjoy some extra ski time or sip an après drink in the bar while the little ones get stuck into games and crafts.

And since this is one of the tallest buildings in the resort, there are lots of great views of the snow-covered peaks all around you.

Good to know

• The hotel bar doesn't accept cash payments. When you check in, you'll get a card so you can set up a bar tab.

Getting here

• When you arrive in the resort, the coach isn’t able to take you right up to the entrance of the Hotel Neige et Ciel, so you’ll be dropped off close by. From there, a smaller vehicle will pick you up and take you the rest of the way.

Safety advice

• Safety standards for balconies and public walkways are different in France – the railings may be lower and they could have ornamental features you wouldn’t see in the UK or Ireland. Please take extra care on or around them, and make sure children aged under 12 years are always supervised.

Rooms

• Twin room (approx. 14m²) - sleeps 1-2: Twin beds, private shower and WC.
• Double room (approx. 17m²) - sleeps 1-3 (max 2 adults and 1 child up to 10 years): Double bed, single bed (only suitable for a child up to 10 years), private shower and WC.
• 2 bedroom family room (approx. 16-19m²) - sleeps 3-5: Triple bedroom, twin or double bedroom, private shower and WC.

All rooms have a TV, telephone, safe and mini-fridge.
Please note: Single beds are only suitable for one child up to 10 years - children 10 years and over will not be accepted.

• The Hotel Neige et Ciel has family hols sorted with childcare and clubs for all different ages. Club Poussins is for little ones aged 3-35 months. Club Les Renardeaux is for kids aged 3-5 years, and for older ones aged between 6 and 17 years, you’ve got the Les Pirates, Junior and Ados clubs. All clubs have English-speaking staff.
  Little ones are well looked after in Club Poussin with lots of soft play and storytelling.
  In Les Renardeaux, there are themed activities all week, with arts and crafts, songs, dances and an afternoon party to cap off each day. Then at the end of the week, all the kids put on a show for the parents.
  The Les Pirates, Junior and Ados clubs have a separate area in the hotel for the older ones where they can hang out together. And throughout the week, there are games, sports challenges and discos for them to get stuck into.
  Clubs for ages 3-5 years include lunchtime supervision and afternoon snacks.
  Kids booked in ski school will be taken to and from their lessons by the hotel’s childcare staff.

Childcare options

• Club Poussins and Les Renardeaux are open all season from Sunday to Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm, plus one evening per week from 7.30-10.30pm. Les Pirates is available during French school holidays, Sunday to Friday from 8.45am-5.30pm, plus one evening per week 7.30-10.30pm. Junior and Ados clubs are only available during French school holidays during the afternoon and evening.
