The Hotel de la Valentin is a homely, family-run place known for its friendly service. The location's great too – just a few steps from the slopes, Belle Etoile lift and ski school meet point, not to mention all the shops, bars and restaurants in the resort centre.
There's a real alpine feel throughout, from the pine panelling on the walls to the open fire in the lounge. Upstairs, the bedrooms are cosy and comfy – and you'll even get your own balcony, so you can step outside to take in the snow-covered scenery.
The open-plan bar has a really good selection of drinks, so be sure to treat yourself to an after-ski aperitif. And for the little ones, the fun goes on in the play area. The Valentin has also been known to lay on a nice afternoon cake selection when you arrive off the slopes too – it’s the little things that make a big difference here.
All rooms have a flatscreen TV. Hairdryers are available to loan from reception.
