Located in Arc 2000, this charming residence is built in Savoyard style and offers doorstep skiing into the Paradiski area. There's an indoor swimming pool and sauna to help you relax after a day's skiing.

Getting here

When you arrive in the resort, the coach isn’t able to take you right up to the entrance of the Chalet Altitude Apartments, so you’ll be dropped off close by. From there, it’ll be a 10-minute walk. There's also an optional luggage delivery service available.

Rooms

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €500 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.

2 bedroom apartment (approx. 60m²) - sleeps 2-6: Twin bedroom, double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and pull out bed, 2 private showers or baths and WC.
3 bedroom apartment (approx. 80-90m²) - sleeps 2-8: Two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and pull out bed, 2 private showers or baths and
WC.
4 bedroom apartment (approx. 97-100m²) - sleeps 2-10: Two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, living area with sofa bed and pull out bed, two private showerbaths and 2 WCs.

All apartments have a kitchenette with hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, electric coffee pot and dishwasher, as well as WiFi, digital TV and a log fire. Bed linen, logs, towels, a cleaning kit, mid-week towel change, local taxes and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included.

Cots are available to hire, free of charge, on request.

Snow Promise

This operator is offering a new and improved Snow Promise which means they'll do everything they can to get you on the slopes if there's no snow while you're on holiday. Plus, when you book your holiday before 30 November 2023, you can now change your holiday fee-free if less than 10% of runs are open in the ski area you're travelling to, due to lack of snow or no snow. Not forgetting the option to upgrade to the Snow Promise Extra for even more flexibility if the snow lets you down. Find out more below.

Before You Go On Holiday

If there's a lack of snow or no snow in the ski area you're travelling to, you can change your holiday fee-free in the 4 days before you depart. Just so you know, they'll use the live conditions in the 4 days before you go, not the forecast conditions for your arrival. For example, if you're travelling on a Saturday, you can change your holiday from the Tuesday to the Friday before, if on Tuesday there's a lack of snow or no snow. They’ll refund the difference if your new holiday is cheaper, or you’ll need to pay the difference if the new holiday costs more.

The Snow Promise

Included with all package holidays with this operator*

Change your holiday fee-free in the 4 days before you go, if due to lack of snow or no snow:

Less than 10% of runs are open in the ski area you’re travelling to. Or
Less than 2 blue/red/black/black diamond runs are open in the ski area you’re travelling to. Or
You’ve booked ski school through the operator and your lessons have been cancelled.

Change your holiday to:

Any package holiday with this operator departing between December 2023 and April 2024.

This applies to all package holidays booked with this operator on or before 30 November 2023.

Less than 50% of runs are open in the ski area you’re travelling to. Or
Your ski school lessons have been cancelled. And it doesn't matter if you booked through us or someone else.

Any package holiday with this operator they have on sale for this winter, or next.

This applies when everyone on your booking upgrades to the Snow Promise Extra on or before 30 November 2023.

While You're On Holiday

Your tour operator will do everything they can to get you on the slopes if there's no snow. If you book your lift passes with the operator and less than 10% of runs are open in the ski area due to lack of snow or no snow, they'll do their best to arrange up to three days of skiing in an open resort within a 2-hour drive from the resort you're staying in. Their local team will organise the transport and your new lift pass will be paid for too, so all you have to do is hop on the coach. And even if you haven’t booked your lift passes with the operator, you can still use the coach for free.

In the worst-case scenario where they can't get you to another open resort if you booked ski school and/or lift passes with the operator, they'll refund you for any lessons that have been cancelled and you'll get your lift pass money back for any days you were unable to ski due to lack of snow or no snow.

This applies to all package holidays with this operator, even if you book the day before you travel.
