Tucked away in a quiet corner of La Rosière and just a few minutes from the centre, Résidence L’Orée offers the ideal retreat for large groups of friends or families. This 150 m² chalet apartment spread on two floors comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and is designed for relaxation and comfort. A striking south-facing window spans the entire wall of the living room, flooding the space with natural light and offering stunning views. It also includes a wellness area with a jacuzzi and an electric fireplace, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day in the mountains.
Chalet No. 6 is a generously sized, two-floor 150 m² accommodation located on the top floor of the residence and accessible by lift. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with twin beds, a wellness area with an indoor jacuzzi, two shower rooms, and a separate WC. The first floor features a bright and spacious living room with a full-height window that spans the entire wall, opening onto a 20 m² south-facing terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge area with a flat-screen TV and electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. This floor also includes a family suite with a bedroom with twin beds, a private bathroom with WC, and an enclosed mezzanine with two single beds. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with its own shower room and WC, and two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and WC.
