The recently-built Résidence L’Orée du Bois is just minutes from the centre, enjoying a privileged location in La Rosière. Situated on the third and top floor and accessible by lift, this spacious 150 m² chalet apartment is perfectly suited for large groups of friends or families. It combines wood and stone elements to create a warm, alpine atmosphere and features a bright, airy living room with high ceilings, large windows, and an electric fireplace. The living space opens onto a south-facing terrace, ideal for taking in the surrounding views.
Chalet No. 5 is a spacious 150 m² accommodation located on the third and top floor, accessible by lift. Blending wood and stone elements, it offers a warm, alpine charm and features a bright, airy living room with high ceilings, large windows, and an electric fireplace. This inviting space opens onto a 20 m² south-facing terrace—perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying panoramic mountain views. This chalet apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and practical amenities such as ski lockers with boot dryers. Sleeping arrangements consist of three twin bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms, and one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A family suite offers a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be joined to form a double) and an en-suite bathroom with WC, alongside an alcove with two bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Additional features include a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate WC.
