The Residence Manaka is located in the centre of La Plagne, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and access to world-class skiing in the Paradiski Ski Area. Each apartment is furnished to a high standard, blending modern comfort with traditional mountain charm.
You can maximise your time on the slopes with its convenient ski-in/ski-out access, and with over 425km of pistes available, you won't be short of areas to explore. Whether you're an avid skier or boarder, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat amidst breath-taking scenery, the Residence Manaka is a great choice for your next winter holiday.
The Residence Manaka apartments are designed to provide a cosy and relaxing ambiance after a day of exploring the mountains. The spacious apartments are equipped with modern amenities, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable living areas with large bay windows. Each apartment has an individual ski locker with ski boot dryer, a private cellar and an underground parking space. Many of the apartments also have balconies or terraces with incredible views of the surrounding mountains and slopes.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy unwinding in the wellness centre. Sit back and relax in the sauna and hammam, or soothe tired muscles in the heated indoor swimming pool. The residence also has a fitness area with a range of equipment available. For a little extra treat, you can also book a massage or treatment with one of the in-house beauticians.
One Bedroom Prestige Apartments sleep two to four people and are around 40m². The apartment has one double bedroom and an additional sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two twin pull-out beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living room corner and a balcony with a north-facing Mont Blanc view.
Two Bedroom Grand Comfort Apartments sleep two to six people and are around 63m². The apartment has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two twin pull-out beds.

Eurostar & Rail Travel
The Eurostar Snow Train will be back for the 2026/27 ski season, taking passengers from London St Pancras International Station to selected ski resorts. With both Standard and Premier Classes on the Eurostar, comfort and choice are guaranteed all the way.
Step 1 - Board at London St Pancras. Scan your ticket (London St Pancras to Lille Europe) at the gate and go through passport and baggage controls. Your luggage stays with you - the carriages can store bags.
Step 2 - Arrive at Lille Europe. Now it's time to join your connecting service to Lyon; the platform won’t be far away. Just check the departure boards once you get there.
Step 3 - Arrive in Lyon. Now it's time to join your connecting local TER train to Aime La-Plagne. Once again, the platform won't be far away - just check the departure boards once you get there. It's usually on the adjacent platform.
Step 4 - On to your resort. Sit back and make the most of the comfy seats, free Wi-Fi and more, as you're whisked to the Alps. You'll arrive at Aime La-Plagne.
Step 5 - You've arrived at your final stop, now transfer to your resort. You'll be met by the operator's driver and join a short coach journey.
