At the heart of this bustling French ski resort, you will find the Prestige Residence Les Fermes de Chatel, ideally located at the start of the Super Chatel gondola lift which will quickly and easily give you access to the huge Portes du Soleil ski area.

Joining 12 ski resorts, the Portes du Soleil ski area offers 293 pistes served by 197 ski lifts, where even the most experienced skier will find a daily challenge. From Chatel you will also have direct links to the French ski resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets and on the Swiss side, Champéry and Morgins, among others. Chatel has its own ski area offering plenty of excellent skiing spread over two mountains where you can enjoy 130km of slopes on 46 ski runs served by 43 ski lifts.

In the heart of a typically savoyard environment, your Prestige residence is located in the centre of the mountain resort of Chatel and offers all the home comforts for your dream ski holidays in tasteful, luxury apartments. You can choose accommodation ranging from 1 bedroom apartments for 4 people to 4 bedroom duplex apartments for 10 people and you have free TV and Wifi access in all apartments. All apartments have a functional kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, microwave / grill, dishwasher…) a bathroom or shower room with WC (separate toilet + toilet in shower room for apartments for 8/10 people) and a balcony or terrace.

Rental conditions

Conditions

• Deposit to be paid on site on arrival : €500/ apartment (2 payments : apartment & cleaning)
• Deposit given back after inventory carried out on the day of departure or sent by post if departure outside opening hours.
• Tourist tax to be paid on arrival : €2/person/day (valid for all guests over 18)

Check-in & check-out

• For Saturday arrivals, accommodation available from 5pm. Depending on reception opening hours, you have the possibility to check in during the afternoon but the keys will be supplied at 5pm. In the case of late arrival please inform your residence as soon as possible. You will be given an access code and the procedure to follow.
• For Saturday departures, check-out by 10am. Please make an appointment for the inventory.
