Its pink and listed facade, on the edge of the river, rising in front of Mont-Blanc, makes it one of the most photographed views in the world. There is no doubt that the Vallée Blanche hotel will become your “base camp” during your stays in Chamonix.
The privileged location of the Vallée Blanche Hotel, just opposite the Casino, a few meters away from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, at a few minutes walk from the Chamonix SNCF train station, close to the departure of buses serving the various skis areas of the valley. The center of Chamonix, with its restaurants and shops, is a few meters from your base camp in Chamonix.
It is a cosy, family-run establishment with a mountain atmosphere that has retained all the charm of this former 18th century mill, while offering, in its 26 rooms, the comfort expected of its 3 stars. We have 2 rooms for our customers with reduced mobility. Family rooms, with a mezzanine, can accommodate up to five people.
Our O’Byrne pub is located on the ground floor, right next to the reception.
You will be able to appreciate the unique charm of the view of the Arve river which borders the hotel, or the freshness of it on sunny days by sitting on the terrace.
From the beginning of the afternoon, the O’Byrne pub offers a wide choice of draft beers, cocktails, shots, bottles of wine, and other spirits from around the world.
In winter and summer, on our terrace, our team concocts cocktails to the sound of live blues rock and jazzy music!
You can have your breakfast there or settle down there to take advantage of the free wifi, play cards or even share a friendly moment over a drink with friends.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. every day as a full all-you-can-eat buffet.
Among a wide choice, our hot pastries, fresh fruit, will allow you to start the day in great shape.
