Our Santa Trips are available from 13 regional UK airports, flights normally depart between 6am and 7am and return home to the UK departing Ivalo airport between 3pm and 4pm. The flying time is approx. 4.5 hours. Transfers to the resort of Sarriselka is included and takes about 25 minutes.

Choose from 3- or 4-day trips, the extra day is a chance to include some of the extra Arctic experiences such as a daytime snowmobile discovery trip into the wild snowscape. The Parents get to ride their own snowmobile, while the children are towed in a specially. A similar trip by night to search for the Northern Lights is available. For animal lovers, the reindeer rides and husky sledging are very popular. If you have never skied before, there is a gentle hill nearby too.
Day one
This is a Travel day, collect complementary thermal arctic clothing and get to know your hotel.
Day two
Search for Santa day. This is always the highlight of the trip, as children move between activities before going on a family sledge ride through the woods to Santa’s secret log cabin. A good Instagram moment.
Day Three
The last day of the 3-day trip, you have free time to explore the gift shops of Sarriselka and continue with activities in the snow. After lunch it’s time to start the journey home.
Day Four (optional extra day)
A chance to return to some of the activities from the previous day’s activities such as snowmobile adventures, Husky rides or just hit the hill for toboggan fun.
