Nendaz is a friendly and relaxed village with amazing views overlooking the Rhone valley. Together with Verbier, Veysonnaz, Thyon and La Tzoumaz they make up the 4 Valleys ski area, which boasts an impressive 412km of piste.

This small resort offers an excellent value alternative to Verbier, with quick and easy access to the 4 Valleys circuit, plus plenty of great terrain in the local Printz ski area. The friendly village atmosphere, plenty of non-skiing activities and laid back après ski make this a great choice for mixed ability groups and especially families; Nendaz has been given a special accreditation by the Swiss Tourist board for its family friendly credentials.

About The Ski Resort Of Nendaz

Linked to its more famous sister resort of Verbier, Nendaz is the Four Valleys second resort and will appeal to those looking for a big ski area with a little more resort charm than can be found on the other end of the valley. It’s located on a high and sunny plateau. Ski Line has been offering chalets in Nendaz for years but it’s only since a few of the main chalet operators started featuring it that demand really picked up. We currently offer a limited number of good quality chalets here. The old village is made up of old wooden building and offers some of Switzerland’s best mountain views. Nendaz is a perfect back door resort with access to lots of skiing.

About The Skiing In Nendaz

The 4 valleys ski area offers over 412km of piste, but at lower priced accommodation than can be found in Verbier and will appeal particually to better skiers. The resort height at 1500m means snow is normally excellent. We think Nendaz is suitable for all levels of skiers and families in search of value for money.

There are some excellent beginner slopes offering wide and gentle runs, ideal for perfecting your turns.

A perfect choice for all levels of intermediate skiers and snowboarders, the runs vary from wide and gentle to steep and deep and with access to the slopes around Verbier should make Nendaz a perfect choice.
