Let The Snow Train Take The Strain Out Of Getting To The Mountains

Eurostar Snow train tickets to the French Alps for the 2025/2026 season are now available, and Ski Line has several packages on offer that include accommodation, lift passes and your rail travel to the mountains.

With more people looking to reduce their carbon emissions, the Snow Train claims to offer a more eco-conscious way to travel as well as allowing skiers and snowboarders to enjoy scenic winter scenes. Plus, passengers avoid airport queues and can relax and move around during the journey.

Parents can keep their children amused by bringing along playing cards or board games, and all passengers can take advantage of the free wifi. There are also power sockets at your seat to charge your devices.

Drinks, snacks, and hot and cold meals are available from the on-board Café, located between the Premier and Plus coaches. Eurostar Plus ticket holders can also have meals and drinks served directly at their seats.

The newly rebranded Eurostar service operates from London St Pancras every Saturday throughout the season. It links with six Alpine destinations, including Moûtiers, Aime-la-Plagne and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, through a connection at Lille.

The return journeys from Bourg-Saint-Maurice runs on Sunday, enabling skiers and snowboarders to enjoy a full week on the slopes. Several French resorts are accessible using the Snow Train and some of the easiest to get to are Les Arcs, La Plagne, Tignes and Val d’Isère, as they are only a shuttle or funicular transfer away.
