The Hotel Jägerhof has been welcoming both national and international guests with a lot of passion and dedication as a family-run traditional establishment since 1969 (in its second generation).

Our three-star hotel can be found in a quiet location 500 metres from the centre of Zermatt. The entire hotel is equipped with free WiFi. You can reach the important points of departure such as the rack railway on the Gornergrat or the new superlative Glacier Ride to the Klein Matterhorn in about 15 minutes on foot or by local bus.
In the evening, you can stop off in our home-style restaurant. We offer a varied 4-course half-board menu daily and also have a small "à la carte" menu. It is important to us to preserve our traditional hotel. However, we bring new pizazz into our hotel through various renovation works and modernisation. Almost all of our rooms are newly furnished with high-quality boxspring beds that provide peace and quiet for your holiday.
The Hotel Jägerhof has 49 modern and rustically furnished hotel rooms, which were partly modernised in 2016. We offer single, double, triple and family rooms for 4 people. Our 3-bedroom family suites can accommodate up to 6 people. Most of our rooms have a balcony and a spectacular view of the majestic Matterhorn. Whether you come as a family, a couple or an individual, we offer everything for an unforgettable holiday in Zermatt.

Our "Modern Alpine" double rooms are flooded with light and invite you to pause a while and relax. All rooms in this category are south-facing and have a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains. The box-spring beds ensure a restful night's sleep and can also be arranged as singles or supplemented with an extra bed for a 3rd person. These rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub or shower.
