CHECK IN
Guests may arrive for key registration and delivery starting from 14:00 on the day of their arrival unless otherwise agreed with the management. In case of early arrival, you may have to wait a few minutes comfortably welcomed in our common areas until the completion of the cleaning and tidying of their rooms. You can leave in the meantime your luggage at our store to the delivery of the keys.
If the early arrival is expected, you can notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to allow us, when possible, to welcome minimizing your wait time.
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 am on the day of their departure.
The check-out is normally from 8.00 to 10.00. If you wish to leave before this time we kindly ask you to make payment and other operations to check out the evening before departure (before 20:00).
THE TAX
Tourist tax amounts to € 1.50 per day per person.
Children under 12 years old do not pay the tax.
The following are also exempt from residence tax payment:
- Minors within the twelfth year for overnight stays in the months of December, January, February, March, April (winter)
- Minors by the sixteenth year of age for the nights of July and August (summer)
- Those who work at any accommodation in art. 1 or to provide employment with any local production company or working on the territory of the Mountain Community Alta Valle Susa;
- Members of the police forces of the State and Local stays of service requirements
