Enjoy the nearby ski slopes and resort amenities of Livigno, from these charming modern apartments. Situated just a one minute walk to the Gondola. These are modern apartments are all designed with a similar style. These apartments are in a fantastic location and it's possible to ski back to within 30 metres of the apartments. They are ideal for couples, families or groups of friends and in total the building consists of a One bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor for 4 people, another One bedroom apartment for 5 people also on the 2nd floor, a One bedroom apartment for 4 people on the 1st floor and a Two bedroom apartment for upto 7 people on the ground floor.

Each apartment has a kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher as well as an electric hob and fridge freezer. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a hairdryer. In the living area there is a dining table and chairs as well as a flatscreen TV.

Location

Situated in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre of the village, and a one minute walk to the Cassana Gondola. There is a ski bus stop directly opposite the apartments and there is a supermarket, laundry, cafe's and restaurants all close by.

This apartment in Livigno requires a 150€ cash deposit which is returned on departure.

The ski pass has a 5€ deposit for the keycard which is paid on collection of the pass.
