Why choose Valloire

The ski resort of Valloire shares its ski area with Valmeinier and is the largest ski area in the Maurienne ski area. It’s a bustling old mountain village dating back to 17th centre, with the centre being car free, which adds to its appeal for families.

Valloire covers 150km of piste and a ski range of between 1430m to 2595m with 56 blue runs, 30 red and 9 black runs. The skiing is spread across 3 valleys. Valloire is perfectly based at the foot of the mountains and has access to two of the valleys straight above the resort. The area is best suited to beginners and intermediate skiers and snow boarders.
