Tucked away on a peaceful road in La Plagne 1800, Chalet Ammonite. This traditionally built chalet blends Alpine charm with modern comfort, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
After a day on the slopes, kick off your boots and unwind by the log fire in the comfortable lounge – perfect for relaxing evenings with friends and family. The chalet is ideal for groups, sleeping up to 15 guests across 8 ensuite bedrooms (7 twins and 1 single).
One of the standout features is the covered hot tub on the balcony, offering breathtaking views across the valley – a stunning spot to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the mountains.
Just a short walk from the piste and close to the free resort bus stop, Chalet Ammonite offers easy access to Plagne 1800, Plagne Centre, and Plagne Bellecôte.
Even better, five of our seven chalets are located along the same quiet track in Plagne 1800, just a chalet or two apart. Which makes this the perfect choice for larger groups who want to stay close together while enjoying the comfort of their own space.

The catering package includes breakfast everyday with a hot special 5 mornings of the week. Afternoon tea everyday to fill your stomachs after a long days skiing. 3 course evening meal with beer and wine 5 nights of the week. For the 2 staff nights off we invite you to sample some of the excellent restaurants that La Plagne has to offer!
Below is just a flavour of what you can expect.
The most important meal of the day, each morning a choice of French bread, condiments, cereals & yogurts are available. Not to mention a lovely hot special 5 mornings of the week. Which may include eggs benedict, scrambled egg and smoked salmon and french toast with bacon.
Our hosts love cake but luckily they can’t eat the whole thing to themselves. Each day when you return from the slopes, a freshly baked delight will be waiting for you. A delicious cake we hope would rival Mary Berry!
Enjoy a 3 course evening meal served with a choice of free flowing wine or beer. Each evening you will receive a starter, main course and dessert followed by the option of a cheese board. All made lovingly by hand. Your evening meal will be supplied 5 out of your 7 nights. We will recommend and book you a restaurant for the remaining 2 evenings.
Children’s high tea is also available upon request. We feed the little ones at 6pm. We serve freshly made meals to suit the younger pallet. They can even make their own pizzas if they feel like getting their hands dirty in the kitchen.
