La Riviere

The residence is located in the Chamonix Sud district, 300m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car.  The residence is split into two buildings, La Riviere and Les Aiglons, with 5 floors and 102 apartments altogether. These recently refurbished apartments are well located and just 5 minutes from the centre of Chamonix.

In every apartment

•     Equipped kitchenette (hot plates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker)
•     Bathroom or shower room and WC
•     Television
•     Balcony or terrace in most apartments
•     WIFI access available in reception and apartments of ‘La Riviere’ building only (payable locally)
•     Bed linen and towels are included
•     End of stay cleaning (except kitchen)
•     Beds can be made on arrival for 37€/apartment. Bathroom linen changed and cleaning service in the middle of the week are pre bookable.

Covered car parking approx 44€/car/week (maximum height 1.98m) subject to availability and payable locally. Alternative outdoor parking nearby, payable locally.

• Studio 4 persons (25m²): (Located in La Riviere building) Living room with one double sofa bed and one cabin room with bunk beds.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
• 1 bedroom 4 persons (34m²): (Located in Les Aiglons building) Living room with double sofa bed and one double bedroom.  Additional shower room. No balcony.
• 1 bedroom 4/5 persons (36m²): (Located in Les Aiglons building) Living room with double bed and one chair-bed, one double bedroom. Some apartments are duplexes. Balcony with majority of apartments.
• 1 bedroom cabin 6 persons (36m²): (Located in La Riviere building) Living room with one double sofa bed, one double bedroom and cabin room with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room. Additional shower room with WC.
• 1 bedroom 8 persons (38m²): (Located in La Riviere building) Living room with double sofa bed, one double and one small bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.  Additional shower room with WC.
• 2 bedroom 6/7 persons (55m²): (Located in Les Aiglons building) Living room with pull out sofa bed and one chair bed, one double and one bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with separate WC.
