Levi is our most popular destination in Lapland, it’s considered to be Finland’s most snow sure and extensive ski resort. It's so far north that you don’t have to be concerned that the ski range is only 200m to 530m. The frozen land takes on a lunar feel with frozen trees, unlike anywhere else you may have skied.
We think its families and groups with a few non-skiers and of course anyone wanting to see the Northern Lights display, that will enjoy Levi the most.
The non-ski activities here are excellent and include; husky sleigh rides, snowmobiling safaris, snow sculptures, ice fishing and the popular night in a glass-domed Igloo to experience one of nature’s most spectacular displays, Aurora borealis.
The skiing covers 44km of pistes which is best suited to beginners and low intermediates. Advanced skiers will find the skiing too limited and without any challenges.
We feature some excellent hotels and log cabins in Levi, our holidays are sold as packages with direct flights from several UK airports.... Read more
