This operator has been providing catered chalet holidays in France, Austria and Italy at value-for-money prices since 1993. If value for money is not your main concern, their chalets provide a comfortable home-from-home you can treat as your own, where you don’t have to whisper over starched table cloths, and where the chalet staff are charming and helpful without being intrusive. Many people choose a catered chalet because they love the atmosphere. You have all the advantages and none of the constraints of a good hotel, and all the freedom of self-catering without the chores. Just imagine a casual dinner party with friends, now imagine that minus the stress of shopping, cooking, clearing up, ordering taxis, organising babysitters… Well now you can! A warm welcome awaits.

    All-Inclusive service

Cleaning, housekeeping and cooking are the things you can leave at home. This operator wants you to spend maximum time on the mountain and having fun. That’s why they offer All Inclusive service in your own chalet. You have the best of both worlds: a friendly, informal, relaxed atmosphere like at home with the convenience and service as in an All Inclusive hotel. Less demanding than self-catering and less formal than staying in a hotel.

Welcome drinks and canapés on arrival

On arrival in your chalet you will find a genuine warm welcome from your English-speaking Dutch chalet staff. You will be helped with your luggage and during your chalet staff’s welcome speech, drinks and handmade canapés/nibbles will be served to you in the lounge on what time you arrive. With beds made up with fresh linen and towels provided in your room. Unpack your suitcase and start your holiday.

    Hearty breakfast

Guests don’t need to lift a finger in the kitchen, it’s all part of the luxury of a catered ski chalet holiday. It already starts in the morning with a hearty continental breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes. The smell of coffee in the morning will lure you to the breakfast table. You need do nothing other than find your way to the table to enjoy a breakfast of freshly baked baguettes straight from the famous local bakery, jams and butter, fresh eggs, spreads, cornflakes, cereals, muesli, yoghurts, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juices, hot chocolate, fresh coffee and pots of tea. Finished breakfast? It’s time to hit the slopes, because your chalet staff will do the dishes, make beds, clean the chalet’s public areas and do the shopping.

Homemade afternoon tea and après-ski snacks

After your day on the slopes you will return to a chalet which is kept sparklingly clean throughout your stay. Towels are changed midweek. The chalet staff make life really easy for you. It’s a ski chalet tradition your chalet staff will have laid out a sweet and salty afternoon tea with freshly homemade après-ski snacks/canapés/nibbles for your return. Chalet staff are there to light the fire and the chalet will be filled with the aroma of baking, and a freshly prepared mulled wine or ‘vin chaud’ or tasty hot chocolate will also be awaiting your return to warm you up inside out.

    Chalet staff

Chalet staff consists of enthusiastic, professional and hospitable people who love the Alps and are happy to pamper you. They provide a casual, flexible and free atmosphere. You are not a guest at your chalet staff in a catered chalet. It is and remains your home where you have 24 hours a day free and where you can do what you want, such as in an apartment and chalet without care.

    Freshly prepared home-cooked dinner

While you sit back and relax in the chalet, or maybe a drink or two in one of the local bars, the chalet staff will be creating a freshly home-cooked three-course dinner for you. The atmosphere is like that of a dinner party, but none of the guests have to take turns to cook. All meals are prepared with fresh local produce and plenty of it, no tiny portions. To complement your meal we serve free and unlimited quantities of a selection of good-quality red and white wines during the course of dinner.

    Free unlimited drinks entire stay

During your entire stay and not just confined to meal times all drinks in the chalet like beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea are for free and unlimited, the whole day long. Except spirits. You are welcome to help yourself to the chalet drinks fridge throughout the day. And of course, you can also make a cup of tea and coffee by yourself, anytime you want. We do not have honesty bars where guests are required to pay a supplementary cost.

Dietary requirements, food allergy or intolerance, meals kids love

If you have a diet, a food allergy, a food intolerance, you eat gluten-free or you are a vegetarian. No problem at all. If your children have any firm favorite dishes or any major dislikes we will take these into account and try to offer a menu that will put a smile on their faces. The nature of a chalet holiday has traditionally been a menu for the whole chalet during the week. But all this operators chalet staff are experienced cooks and are happy to alter the menu to suit your requirements for as best we can. Please contact us at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date to discuss the possibilities. If we can cater for your food requirements and preferences and have to buy special and mostly expensive products you can be charged for a supplement. Please discuss also your wishes if your dinner is in a restaurant.

Chalets with dinner in nearby restaurant

If you prefer to eat in a nearby typical local restaurant this operator also offer some chalets with that option, à la carte, standard or menu. Drinks in the restaurant are not in included in the chalet price. When you are back in your chalet the drinks are of course All Inclusive.

    Flexibility

Some groups stagger home from the nightlife at dawn, others are in bed by ten and catch the first lift. Chalet staff are positive and passionate about making the most of your time with us, so please discuss the times for breakfast and dinner with them. They will, of course, be flexible to fit in with your usual routine as far as possible.

    Celebrating a special occasion?

If, during your stay, there is a special occasion, a birthday, engagement or anniversary and you would like us to organize a cake and decorations or to suggest some extra special way of celebrating like a massage or beauty treatments in your chalet then please do not hesitate to ask our advice.

    Child friendly

Enjoy also as a parent a hassle-free holiday in a home-from-home environment. For babies, the operator has a standard per chalet a cot and a highchair. If you want more, then please do not hesitate to ask. You will have had a long day in the fresh air doing lots of exercise and we will ensure that your kids can play in the chalet-like at home. You can relax, safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to lift a finger to help with nibbles, snacks and dinner for your little ones. And, of course you can use the kitchen and microwave to prepare/heat food and bottles.

Early children’s dinner menu if you wish

Normally families eat all together and everyone enjoy the same three-course dinner. When the cooking is in your chalet you can choose whatever suits your family best. It is possible that a two-course child menu can be served in the early evening. Children don’t join dinner later that evening so that grown-ups can relax during their meal and enjoy a child-free time. Please let us know at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date, to ensure that this is possible because our chalet staff have pre-purchased or ordered all the products and ingredients required for the week ahead. When your evening meal will be at a restaurant a three-course children’s menu will be provided at the same time as the adults.

    Chalet staff day off

Chalet staff have one day off during your stay. Unlike most other chalet companies who leave you to look after yourselves on hosts day off, chalet staff provide breakfast like each other day. And you do not have to worry about clearing away breakfast. After your day on the slopes you can make of course a cup of tea and coffee by yourself this chalet staff’s day off. And you are welcome to help yourself to the chalet drinks fridge. In the evening, most guests visit a local restaurant. Chalet staff know the good one’s and their regional specialities and will be pleased to make a reservation for you.

    Diner samples

Enjoy a glass of wine and a beer and in the meantime, the chalet staff in the kitchen is quietly busy with an excellent and varied three-course dinner with fresh local products and plenty of portions.
