Ski

The Resort's location on the Plateau des Saix gives it a 360° view of the surrounding summits. Let this endlessly fascinating view inspire you out onto the snowy slopes. Grab your skis and poles and take advantage of our classes for all levels in view of the majestic Mont Blanc. Ski straight out of the Resort to schuss, carve and take on the moguls.

Professional instructors, who are perfectly familiar with the ski domain, will guide you over the slopes best suited to your level of skill, to ensure you progress safely but surely in the best possible conditions, in small groups of 12 people maximum.

Since 2015, we've partnered with Ski and Surf to give our ski equipment a second life. Since 2021, this commitment has been enhanced by a circular economy program. Now, nearly 10,000 skis and snowboards, 4,500 pairs of boots, and 1,000 poles are repurposed into new products each season.

Snowboard

At 1600 above sea level, high in the Giffre valley, breathe in the crisp air and take a moment to look around you. Experience the joy of snowboarding with views of the snowy summits. Whether you're a total beginner or just looking for some tips to perfect your tricks, grab your boots and board and follow your ESF instructor. Feel light as a snowflake as you glide over the powder.

Swimming Pools

Indoor heated swimming pool. Perfect for after an active day of skiing. Relax and unwind in the pool or do some laps in the morning. The choice is yours.

Snowshoe hikes

Stride over the powder with confidence. Hear the peaceful muffled sound of your snow shoes as you marvel at the firs all around you. Exploring on foot is a relaxing way to see the lower reaches of the mountains.

If you prefer to experience the mountain other than on skis, enjoy a trekking programme from Monday to Friday.

Mostly on snowshoes, and sometimes with other disciplines such as nordic walking or hiking, these treks are supervised by mountain guides who will take you to areas away from the ski slopes.

Fitness

Create your own relaxing fitness programme to fit around your winter sports. Choose from stretching, step and more in the Fitness Suite. Set your own tempo in the cardio and weights room. You'll be fresh and ready to head back to the slopes.

Entertainment

After a day in the great outdoors, come back to the cosy cocoon of the Resort. As night draws in, songs and music fill the air. Sometimes children take part in the show, performing for their proud parents. Then the G.O®s step onto the stage. You can keep the evening going at the Le Carillon bar, savouring a cocktail and maybe even having a little dance.

Cardio Training

Welcome to this space dedicated to self-improvement. Continue your cardio routine and/or your muscle strengthening workouts in the cardio-training room equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. More than just a gym, it is your playground to challenge yourself.

Grand Massif

Grand Massif links Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt, between altitude and valley villages. The domain stands out for Flaine’s reliable snow conditions, thanks to its favourable bowl location, and for its varied atmospheres, from modern resorts to traditional villages. A balanced destination, with accessible skiing and a few more challenging sectors.

As you get ready for your holidays, Club Med allows you to travel light with peace of mind. As soon as you arrive, you will find equipment specially designed for younger guests in your room. During your stay, you can make use of a dedicated area designed for making meals, at any time, even at night. And don't forget our baby corner in the main restaurant, with homemade purée, little pots of food and microwave options for delicious healthy food.

At Baby Club Med, your 4-23-month-old will thrive in a loving, stimulating environment. They'll explore sounds, colours and materials, develop motor skills on vibrant equipment, and enjoy nature.
