This residence has a total of 53 apartments, situated near to the train station in the centre of Chamonix facing Mont Blanc.  The Deep Nature Spa well being area by Algotherm offers a private indoor heated swimming pool, cardio-training room, sauna and steam room which are free for residents, treatments can be booked and paid for locally.  A bakery and meal delivery service is available payable locally.  Please note that as these apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings.

In every apartment

• 1 bedroom 4/6 persons (32-40m2): Living room with double sofa bed, one double bedroom and a cabin area with bunk or twin beds.  Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.
• 2 bedroom 3/4 persons (33-41m2): Living room, one double and one twin bedroom both under the eaves.
• 2 bedroom 6 persons (37-60m2): Living room with double sofa bed, one twin and one double bedroom.
• 3 bedroom 8 persons (60-75m2): Living room with double sofa bed, one double and two twin bedrooms.  Additional shower room.
