Ski Holidays in Les Crosets

Les Crosets is the perfect Swiss “back door ski resorts”, A small, even tiny, ski resort with direct access to one of the biggest ski areas in the World, the Portes du Soleil, which offers 650km pistes.

On its own Les Crosets is set on the sunny plateau above Champery. Located at an altitude of 1,700 metres, which means it has a great snow record. This altitude means that nearly all the accommodation is ski in/ski out, easily accessing the gentle skiing of the surrounding area.

Why Ski in Les Crosets?

Les Crosets

Les Crosets is a perfect choice for families looking for quiet gentle sunny ski slopes where children can gain confidence and progress. At the same time, it’s a wonderful rustic village for experienced skiers looking for easy access to the popular Portes du Soleil area.

Les Crosets gives direct access, at a good altitude of 1700m, to the whole region of 650km of pistes and much more off-piste. Avoriaz is 20 mins on skis, and you can ski to the Super Morzine in 50 minutes and Mont Chery on the far side of Les Gets in 1.5 hours. The slopes of Chatel and Morgin can also be reached and are a 40 minutes ski away.

Advanced skiers need only two lifts to reach the infamous ‘Swiss Wall’ (Le Mur de Chavanette) which is rated as one of Europe’s longest vertical drops and always features in lists of the world’s toughest ski runs.

Les Crosets

The transfer time from Geneva Airport is about 1 hour 45mins which makes Les Crosets an excellent choice for short stays and weekend ski breaks.

Ski Line can arrange for your ski passes to be waiting for you on your arrival.

Unfortunately, our partners, Ski Set don’t have a shop in Les Corets, but our chalet Mountain Lodge has its own ski rental in-house. Perfect for those arriving on late flights as both your ski pass and ski will be ready, so you can make the first tracks on your first morning.
