Valloire is an authentic ski resort village located between 1400 and 2600m offering breathtaking views and a variety of slopes for the whole family.
In all the apartments there is a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, hob, toaster and a kettle. Lounge with sofa bed and TV. Bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a separate toilet (except in reduced mobility apartments). Hairdryer.
Valloire is a beautiful village, well-known for its international competitions in snow and ice sculpting which take place in January.
Valloire links to the neighbouring resort of Valmeinier to form the larger Galibier-Thabor ski area. Offering 150km of slopes, 70% of which are above the altitude of 2000m, visitors to the area are almost guaranteed good snow quality. The ski area is spread across 1600 hectares, with an altitude range of 1430m to 2600m, allowing for all levels of skiers to be satisfied with the variety of runs on offer.
From husky sledging to paragliding there are plenty of activities to try out in the Valloire resort. There is also a large selection of evening activities including bowling, a cinema, bars, ice skating and the famous ice sculpture competitions in January.
