In this operators eyes a good skiing holiday isn’t complete without good food and wine, which is why they strive to source the best local ingredients and all their chefs are professionally trained (some have worked in Michelin starred restaurants) so understand quality, service and presentation. By carefully hand-picking restaurant chefs they allow them free rein when it comes to menus allowing them to show off their natural talents.

Food in all their catered ski chalets is healthy, hearty and ‘gastro style’. Afternoon tea will be waiting for you on your return from the mountain and a hearty breakfast to start the day.

Evening meals are three courses followed by a local cheese board – that’s if you can fit it in, served with handpicked French wines. They can cater for any dietary requirements with prior notice.

All their ski chalets feature stylish dining areas where you can sit down and chat about the days events. Dinner is a leisurely affair served with a choice of good quality house wine, however, once it’s finished you can help yourself to the honesty bar.

If you have any special requests for birthdays, special occasions, please let us know and we’ll be happy to organise any extras.
