Breakfast

An abundant breakfast will sets you up for a great day on the slopes. Start the day with a light or substantial breakfast with a choice of cereals, fruit and juices, yoghurts, plentiful tea and good filter coffee, bread from the famous local bakery (plus croissants or ‘pains au chocolat’ in France), toasts, cold meats, cheeses and preserves, and boiled eggs. This is normally presented buffet-style for you to help yourself. Unlike most other chalet companies who leave you to look after yourselves on staff day off, our chalet staff are on hand to help clear away breakfast and lay out afternoon tea.

Afternoon tea

When you get back from a day on the piste a fresh homemade afternoon tea is waiting for you. This can be a sweet pie or a cheeseboard. For younger children we can provide high tea, allowing children to get settled after the excitement of the day, giving parents the opportunity to enjoy the evening in a calm and care-free environment.

Three course dinner

What better than a dinner party when there is no preparation or washing up! The highlight of every day must be the delicious, innovative and freshly cooked three-course candlelight dinner prepared and served by your chalet staff six evenings a week accompanied by limited local house wines, with coffee and tea to finish.
We are happy to cater for vegetarians and whenever possible for those needing special diets as long as we are notified at the time of booking. Please make sure this appears on your invoice otherwise we will not be able to plan our menus accordingly. Our chalet staff have the advantage of being flexible in their meal preparations. If you have any special dietary requirements, be it a vegetarian option or a special favourite for the kids, we will do our best (within reason!) to accommodate you.
Please note that diner and the cooked breakfast option are not available during the chalet staff’s day off when you will have the opportunity of eating at a local restaurant. Our chalet staff will be happy to give you information about the many wonderful local restaurants available in each of the resorts and to book a table for you.

During your stay all drinks are included, except liquor drinks. With breakfast there is coffee, tea, orange juice and milk.
