The Pelicano was a super addition to our programme for 2009/10. Spread across the second floor of an attractive apartment building in the heart of Verbier, it offers super spacious accommodation for up to 12 people.
The living and dining rooms are well furnished with plenty of local antiques, plenty of sofa seating and a lovely open fire. Additionally, the apartment benefits from an extra TV/sitting room situated next to the main living room and both have access to a rooftop veranda and balcony with fantastic views. There is a further cosy sitting area on the mezzanine overlooking the main lounge for those who would prefer somewhere to read. Most of the rooms are large, comfortable and benefit from private facilities.
The centre of Verbier with all its shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes straight forward walk away and the main Medran is approx 4-5 minutes walk (uphill).
The Pelicano is run by 2 chalet hosts who live out.
The Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom One: Small double with balcony
Bedroom Two: Twin with balcony (beds not adjacent to each other)
Bedroom Three: Large double with ensuite bath, washbasin, loo & access to rooftop verand. (space for Z-bed/cot)
Bedroom Four: Large twin with private shower, washbasin & loo in corridor. (Extra 3rd bed in room, space for cot)
Bedroom Five: Large double with ensuite bath, washbasin & loo. (space for Z-bed/cot)
Bedroom Six: Large twin with ensuite bath, shower, washbasin & balcony with fantastic views (space for cot)
Additional: Separate bathroom with bath & loo. Separate loo.
Floor area: Approx 241 m2 plus 85m2 balconies and roof terrace
