| La Norjeanne, Verbier, Switzerland |
la norjeanne is an impressive traditional chalet located in the exclusive enclave of patier. set in its own grounds, it provides privacy as well as stunning views across the valley.
last year we added a boot-room with heated drying racks, a purpose-built tv or playroom, a spa with sauna and massage facilities, and an outdoor terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax with a glass of champagne and watch the sun set behind the mountains.
the chalet is perfect for large groups or families, providing enough space and facilities to keep everyone entertained. the bedrooms are all well proportioned, making them suitable for adult sharers as well as for couples. for corporate groups, the playroom/tv room can be used for smaller meetings, while the drawing room provides a larger space for presentations.

We are passionate about our food, using the finest fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared & beautifully presented. Our award-winning chef has devised some wonderful, creative menus guaranteed to excite your palate and satisfy your hunger after a day on the slopes. Internationally recognised and highly experienced, he has cooked for the most discerning of clients, including Prime Ministers and Olympic athletes. Our dinner menus are designed to be satisfying without being excessively rich. We are happy to tailor our menu to suit the tastes of your party and can cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements. Start the day with a cooked English or continental breakfast, with fresh bread, preserves, cereals, yogurts, fruit, juice and fresh coffee or tea. After a hard day on the slopes, come home to afternoon tea with a freshly baked cake. Before dinner, we serve drinks and canapés by the fire. To give you the opportunity to get to know the food and wine of the region, we serve a different aperitif wine for you to try each evening, accompanied by canapés including local cheese or charcuterie. Dinner consists of four-courses with unlimited complementary wine, followed by fresh coffee and chocolates. We also have a list of vintage wines, champagne and port, which can be purchased from our cellar. Wednesday is the staff day off. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out and we are happy to make a booking for you at one of the many restaurants in town.
