Chalet Cybou is popular with all different age groups; families, friends and corporate groups alike. It is in an enviably peaceful location; yet is still only a few minutes walk to the main Medran lift station.

Set over three floors, this wonderful stand alone chalet is incredibly spacious. The main floor has an open plan living and dining area with huge French windows exposing exceptional views of the Grand Combin and Trient range. You can step outside onto the balcony or soak up the uninterrupted views from the comfortable sofas and warmth of the open fire inside. Your chalet host will tempt you with delicious canapés and the chalet’s fine wines before you are asked to sit down to a gourmet four course evening meal.

If you are travelling as a family your chef will be happy to prepare high tea for the children earlier in the evening, allowing you to relax throughout supper while the children are in bed. There are four spacious twin bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, each with their own private tastefully designed bathroom and access to a balcony or garden.

A shuttle service is provided between 8.30am and 9.30am to whisk you to the ski lifts each morning.

we pride ourselves on the exceptionally high standard of our catering. Using only the freshest ingredients, our fully qualified and experienced chefs produce meals that are not only delicious and imaginative, but also beautifully presented.

Your own private chef will come in daily to cook for you.



Starting, should you wish, with coffee or tea in bed before a delicious full English and Continental breakfast, complimented with homemade alpine bread, freshly squeezed orange juice and specially selected ground coffee this should set you up for a full day‘s skiing.



Once a week, a champagne breakfast is served with our compliments.



On your return from skiing, freshly baked cakes or biscuits are served for afternoon tea. In the evening, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are followed by a superb 4 course gourmet meal, which includes a selection of local cheeses and fine wines



One night a week, our staff take a well-earned rest, when you have the opportunity to sample one of Verbier’s excellent restaurants, on which we will be happy to advise



Our totally flexible attitude enables us to liase closely with clients who may have special dietary requirements. We are also more than happy to arrange separate menus and meal times for children.
