Chalet St Jean is a delightful free-standing traditional family chalet situated in the quiet Patiers area of Verbier. It offers uninterrupted mountain views, is 15mins walk or 3mins drive from the centre of the village and conveniently located for the regular shuttle service to and from the lift station. There is private parking for up 3 vehicles.
A picture-perfect traditional chalet from the outside, the St Jean has been entirely refurbished inside with understated contemporary alpine decor.
It is very well equipped and combines all the comforts of modern living with the calm and tranquility of real alpine hide-away.
The chalet sleeps 8 people in comfort with the possibility of an additional 2 beds on the upper-story mezzanine floor. On the lower ground floor, there are three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and mountain views, plus one smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds suitable for children and an additional fourth bathroom.
The main floor consists of an entrance hall and cloakroom opening onto a large open-plan living/dining area, a wood and granite fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, freezer and espresso machine.
The closed wood-burning fireplace forms the centre-piece of the spacious double-height living room, lending the space an especially cozy feel. There is a Bose sound system in the living area and WiFi internet access throughout the chalet.
From the living area, French windows open directly onto the wide south-facing balcony from is the ideal place to catch some sun or just to relax with a drink after a day’s skiing and watch the sun go down over the Val de Bagnes. |
