This chalet has been described as one of the best in the Alps by our previous guests. It has four bedrooms and is furnished to a very high standard and you can relax in our sunken hot tub and indoor sauna.

The Area

Described by Where to Ski and Snowboard  2008 as “Europe’s best-kept secret” and an “undiscovered gem” The Val d’Annivers consist of five charming villages with high, snow secure slopes together with spectacular scenery all within easy reach of Geneva.

The area is famous for its unspoilt villages; excellent and extensive off-piste skiing; its reliable snow cover and its uncrowded slopes suited to all levels of skiers.  The skiing in the area is superb a modern lift system offering over 220km of pistes and snow secure slopes ranging in height from 1340 to 3000m. The area is suitable for all levels of skiers with off-piste heaven in the resorts of Zinal and Grimentz together with slopes in all five villages most suited to beginners and intermediates. How to get there

It’s only a 2 hour motorway journey from Geneva airport. It is possible to catch a train from the station and then a bus from the train station in Sierre

We believe the quality of cooking to be just as important as the skiing experience and so unlike many of our competitors our budget for food and wine for each guest is very generous. We ensure that you will receive fresh quality food of the highest standard.

Every day you will start with a hearty breakfast with a choice of cereals, French bread, croissants, jams, porridge, fruit juices etc., together with fresh tea and coffee. Our staff will also provide a cooked option for our premium chalet guests. Please note that on one day breakfast will be self-service due to the chalet hosts day off.

In the afternoon when you return from the slopes you will be greeted by freshly baked cakes and fresh tea, coffee and hot chocolate (six days of the week)

There is a fresh fruit bowl in our premium chalets for guests to help themselves to.

Before dinner there are pre-dinner drinks together with canapés. Dinner on five nights is a delicious 3 course meal which has been specially created for our premium chalets by your hosts and the management team, please see the sample menu. On the last night there will be a four course meal which includes a local cheese board and port. There is a selection of red and white bottled wines that are served from when the meal commences to when it ends. The evening is finished off with coffee and chocolates.

Children's Meals

We understand that young children will not always want to wait until later for dinner with adults and indeed they won't always want to eat the same type of food! Thus we offer a high tea for children, if required, at approximately 6pm and like all of our adult meals they will be freshly prepared, of excellent quality and served with juices and cordials. Our hosts will contact you before your holiday to discuss the meal plan for your children.

Chalet Hosts Nights Off

One day a week the chalet hosts have a much deserved rest. Breakfast is self-service. The evening is a chance to sample the Savoyard cuisine and our chalet hosts will be pleased to recommend and book a restaurant for you. Please note that due to insurance reasons and French law you are unable to use our kitchen facilities with the exception of the microwave and kettle.
