La Champerolaine is a brand new and top luxury chalet located very close to the centre of Champery. It is 200 square meters large and has three floors. The chalet can accommodate up to 12 people in six very nicely furnished twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 twin comfortable beds, a plasma TV and DVD player, 2 bedrooms an ensuite bathroom with a bath, a sink and a toilet and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The lounge is a very large and fantastically sunny area with 2 large sofas and 2 armchairs around a plasma TV and its DVD player, a lovely dining table which can sit 12 people altogether, an open plan kitchen with all the most modern equipments. The lounge area is heated with a superb scandinavian type wood stove and has French windows leading to a lovely covered balcony with garden furnitures and a stone BBQ. The chalet is in a tranquil location, it has a lovely garden in the summer. The chalet also has three private car parks and a ski room.
