How many of you have heard of Silver Star? – I bet hardly any – but wait a few years and many of you will have enjoyed its charming atmosphere and then know why it has won numerous awards for its 1890’s style with a 21st century twist.
Although Silver Star is a small resort it is Big on personality! Its attractive Victorian themed wooden slatted buildings are all painted in a colourful pastel shades and the main ‘street’ (wholly pedestrianised) has a very ‘way out western’ feel. All accommodation and guest facilities are slope side making your skiing and apres skiing convenient and hassle free. This resort is well thought out and well run!
