Chalet Wiesenheim enjoys an excellent location in a quiet, slightly elevated position with sensational views of the glorious Dolomites from the living/dining room and the chalets sunny, spacious terrace.

Selva’s attractive village centre is only approximately 5 minutes walk away, and the ski-lifts and main children’s nursery ski area just 4 minutes walk, although for your even greater convenience, we provide complimentary minibus transport to and from the main lifts each day for all our guests, both adults and children.

In order to make this chalet even more convenient for families, we have re-arranged the accommodation into spacious family suites or paired rooms.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In each suite one child bedroom serves as a dining area/ kitchenette in the summer but all appliances are disconnected for the winter. All suites/ rooms except room 2 will take a cot. Supplements p.p.p.n: Suite 7 bath/wc £2.60; Suites 4,5 & 6 bath/wc/balcony £3.60.

Children in chalet... Please note that Children under the age of 13 will only be served high tea and will not be permitted to dine with the adults. High teas are served at 5:30 as the main evening meal for children under 13. Children 13 or older will dine with the adults normally at around 20:00 to 20:30 each evening (except on chalet staffs night off)

Breakfast A good breakfast is essential on a ski holiday, so we provide a choice of cereals or porridge, fruit juices, plentiful tea and coffee, local bread (and croissants or ‘pains au chocolat’ in France), cold meats, cheeses and preserves, and boiled eggs. This is normally presented buffet-style for you to help yourself. Afternoon Tea The traditional ‘welcome home’ after a day on the slopes will be laid out for you by your chalet host, ready for your return. A good cup of tea or coffee is the perfect accompaniment to a delicious slice of freshly home-baked cake. Children’s High Tea Served at around 5.30pm and supervised by our staff, high tea provides children under 13 with a healthy menu, but tailored more towards children’s tastes than our main adult dinner. Adult Dinner Our four-course chalet dinners start with canapés and an aperitif, followed by an appetiser, main course and dessert, accompanied by a choice of wines, and followed by coffee with mints or chocolates. This operator is happy to cater for vegetarians and other special dietary requirements – please advise us at the time of booking, and on your Booking Form. Please note that the tour operator for this holiday will make a charge of £35 per person per week for any special dietary requirements. These include Vegan meals, Gluten Free low fat or Cholesterol meals. For any other recognised special diet e.g. kosher - please refer to our Reservations team. Vegetarian meals can always be served at no additional cost, though we do need 14 days notice. Other special diets can often be provided but must be discussed with our reservations staff before booking and may incur an additional charge". For general requests such as 'no tomatoes' or 'no cheese' etc there is of course no additional charge. Great child care on offer with small ski classes for children.
